All American in my opinion is an extremely professional business. All questions I had were answered were explained in... detail and easy to understand. I will recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning or mini splits . I will also recommend Jacob and Taylor - they did a fantastic job and were totally professional. My furnace started running intermittently and I needed to reset a few times. Chuck came out to do a service... check/cleaning on my furnace. He was very helpful inanswering my questions, showing me how to check the codes if it should happen again, proper filter placement, etc. Happy with customer service both from their office and HVAC tech along with fair prices. I will definitely be a repeat customer!read more

I can't say enough about All American HVAC! They do really great work, and they are extremely professional. But what... I think is most important is their commitment to incredible customer service. They are 100% dedicated to making sure your questions are answered, and that they have delivered quality service. Wow. Excellent customer service! We were blown away with the quality of work, and up front pricing. No really. After we... had assessments from 3 other companies, All American was not only the CHEAPEST for the same equipment, but they had the prices of the units PRINTED in their binder from the start. All other companies hand wrote the prices after the assessment, giving the impression that they may fudge numbers depending on their customers? 🤔 That is not the case with all american. They were on time, and finished very quickly. We are very happy with their honest service, and will be recommending them to anyone we can!read more

Very hard to come and look at a system they just installed that is not working properly. All ways giving the runaround... with everything. Tell them whats wrong and even give actual testing info on the system and still get excuses and when they finally contact us they give more excuses on not getting back too us. When they finally came and look at the system they just put in and say the refrigerant was low (like I was telling them) and say its nobody's fault. Usually when you install a central air system you check pressures when you start the system and fill accordingly. And the best part when the owner says too your wife that if you call and need anything that he will remember this review.Very professional company lolAnd not too mention all the hack work they do with running charge lines and putting a cover over the lines outside.And the response from them is just like i said before. Clearly they don't know anything about refrigeration just because a gauge set says r22 don't mean anything it also says r12 and other types as they are there for a quick guide for pressures and can be used with different refrigerants. You don't know what that gauge set has been used on and or if the lines have been cleared which they should be after your done using them. (A gauge set that has never even been used on R22) but they don't know really good too assume. And as for the hack work just running charge lines on the floor is OK makes sense. Stuff was moved out of the way for them too do the install. But it must also be ok to move someone's insulation and not put it back when the job is completed.read more

Called Travis for a price on a furnace for my garage. Travis gave me a quote very fast and it was VERY fair. Chuck and... Jared came over for the install. Chuck seemed to be teaching Jared the tricks of the trade. Chuck did a great job coaching Jared through the install. I will refer friends and family to Travis anytime.read more

My central A/C stopped working just before Memorial day weekend so I called All American HVAC. Travis came out... immediately and discovered it was my furnace. After some time of trying to navigate the Frankenstein wiring hack job, some sparking and some smoking; we concluded the best option was a new furnace. After the new furnace was installed, the A/C still didn’t work. Turns out my old Frankenstein furnace fried a part in the A/C unit. Travis’ crew worked hard to fix the problem. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. We are more than happy and satisfied with their service! Would recommend and will recommend to anyone.read more
